• Client profile details: hair/skin type, color formulas, allergies or sensitivities, product preferences, treatment notes, and other information you or our team provide to personalize your experience
• Payment information: processed securely through our point-of-sale/booking system (we do not store full card numbers)
• Communication preferences: how you'd like to be contacted and about what

• Create and maintain your client profile, so every visit reflects your history, preferences, and any notes our team needs to serve you well (formulas, sensitivities, past treatments, etc.)
• Schedule and manage appointments and send confirmations or reminders
• Provide safe, personalized services, including flagging allergies or contraindications
• Send you monthly special offers, promotions, and updates about Wanderlust services, retreats, and events — only if you have not opted out
• Improve our services and internal business operations

Wanderlust Salon & Spa never sells, rents, or trades your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information stays within Wanderlust and is used solely to serve you and operate our business.

We may share limited information only with:

• Service providers who support our operations (e.g., booking/scheduling software, payment processors, email/SMS marketing platforms) — solely to help us run the business, under confidentiality obligations

By providing your contact information, you agree that Wanderlust may send you periodic communications, including monthly special offers, promotions, new service announcements, and retreat/workshop invitations via email and/or text message.

• Opt-out anytime: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply "STOP" to any text message. You may also contact us directly to be removed from marketing lists.
• Opting out of marketing does not affect appointment reminders or service-related communications, which we may still send for scheduling purposes.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Client profiles and payment data are stored in secure, access-controlled systems.

We retain your client profile and service history for as long as you remain an active client and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can continue to provide personalized service if you return. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 9).

Our services are intended for adults. If a minor receives services with parental/guardian consent, we collect only the information necessary to provide that service safely.

You may, at any time:

• Request to see the information in your client profile
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to any legal or business record-keeping requirements)
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Ask questions about how your information is used
