About the bootcamp

What You Will Experience...

Over the course of two days (8 total hours of hands-on education), you will step inside the Wanderlust culture and learn the advanced techniques that build million-dollar salon brands.

BOOTCAMP DATES JULY 12-13, 2026

✂️ Advanced Cutting Techniques Move beyond the standard state-board haircuts. Learn modern, lived-in cutting techniques, texturizing, and how to customize a cut to a client's face shape and lifestyle.

🎨 Modern Color & Formulation Learn the "Wanderlust Way" of color. We'll cover advanced foiling, balayage placement, and the science of formulation that they don't have time to teach you in school.

🧠 Business & Culture Mentorship Spend time with Wanderlust CEO Jessi Sexton and our senior leadership team. Learn the secrets to a flawless client consultation, how to build a six-figure book behind the chair, and what it means to work in a culture of trust, psychological safety, and high performance.
